I SBF'd to .604 and I was wondering if that breaks the ball and chain of .621 and will allow me to SBF all the way back to Froyo? I'm getting tired of GB/ICS ROMs and want to run a Froyo ROM I had awhile back that I liked a lot.
Thanks,
Jeff

Unfortunately not no. No way to bypass it regardless. There's a technical write-up of sorts (more 3-4 wandering posts as I tried to break the signatures and recompile SBFs) you can review that if you want to see why.
I may get back someday to trying this again, but its an enormous pain just SBFing over and over, really need to do it at some time when my DX isn't my actual phone.

Darn. Oh well I guess I'll just stick with AOKP. Thanks for the info!
Wait. You are on. 604 now? Or. 621?

I was on a "moded" version of .621 (I flashed the .15p radio and it put me on GB, so I decided to try out the "moded" .621 that was listed on the same site I downloaded the .15p radio from). From what I've read I had to be on .604 in order to use custom ROM's again, so I used the 1KDS Linux SBF method so I could keep my .15p radio.
I've decided "screw it" and flashed AOKP b38. Unfortunatly the camcorder doesn't work anymore :'(
Edit- why exactly can't we go back to .340/.602/.605? Does .621 intentionally change something that makes it so we can't go back, or is it just sort of a side effect?
