Have you tried burning the .iso at a lower speed? In my experience burning it at Max speed doesn't make it read properly. Try 16x and reboot without plugging in your phone yet. Plug it in in bootloader mode at the press 1 to sbf screen. As for the 596 .iso that should work with the same process but remember there is no root as of yet, so you'd have to go back to .340 anyway. Try the download here in the forum provided by 1kds and let us know if you continue to have issues.

Here's my recommendation: Use the Linux boot disc method again, run the SBF, then reboot and wait... Wait until it starts to bootloop, then battery pull, go into stock recovery and wipe data. Those are the exact steps I always follow.

The first time i burned the disc with roxio at 16x speed and I burned it to another disc using the stock burner in windows 7 really dont see a difference between the two and it still goes straight to the bootloader.

Idk if this helps or not but when i plug my phone into the wall charger it also go straight to the bootloader.

Does anyone think getting a new battery could make any differece? or formatting my sdcard to where it could be found in android recovery? Once again I appreciate the feedback

Does it even bootloop after the SBF completes? I'm unclear from your description if that's happening. It should, otherwise something isn't right.

The only thing that happens is the M logo appears then goes straight into the bootloader again, unless i hold the home button then the triangle android screen appears. Question tho ... after the sbf completes you unplug the phone from the computer correct? or does that even make a difference? Hopefully I told you what you needed to know..

Did you try to use the 4.5.596 iso to sbf straight to gb to see if that helps? It's worth a shot @ this point. ..

Try burning the iso with different software. What OS are you running?

I originally burned it with Roxio which came on my computer, then I burned it a second time using whatever the stock burner is for Windows 7
