    Thanks. I knew they were slow to begin with and I figured the SD card setup might be the culprit.

I take it you're coming from .621 if you're using the .604 sbf ISO? If not, try .605. Not sure if it makes a difference where you're coming from as to which ISO to use except that if you're coming from .621, the ONLY one that'll work (and keep the .15 radio, anyway) is the .604. And you're using UNetbootin, right? Latest version? Have you double checked the USB drive to make sure that it's working correctly and not fried? Another thought... Is the Boot ISO the only thing you have on the drive? Just trying to cover all the bases based on what I've done in the past. Hope you can get it working. The only issue I have with this sbf is what I mentioned in my own post about lines CG39 and CG66. I'm going to try to figure out how to use the ISOs directly from within Ubuntu (or Xubuntu in my case) since I repartitioned my HDD so I can run Win 7 or Xubuntu.
    thanks, It's not taken in any derogatory way. Using the .604 sbf, newest UNetbootin, the usb drive is working as I can load it into my Windows laptop and run it from that. It just won't load up on the netbook running Ubuntu. I've even tried a different usb, and boot into a Ubuntu ISO and same thing happens, so it is probably the netbook

    I would stay on 4.5.605, .621 is locked down and a headache.

    Need some help.... My DX WILL NOT sbf. No matter what I've tried. Here's the details:

    Bootloader - 30.04
    Currently rooted, and running the OTA 4.5.602.MB810.Verizon.en.US version (also stuck on the 13p radio).
    Battery @ 100% charge
    Using the stock Moto USB cable.

    ~~~~~~~
    Bootloader screen reads:
    Battery OK
    OK to Program
    Transfer Mode:
    USB
    ~~~~~~~

    Okay here's the problem. The bootloader is bombing out with a "Critical Error B655 EDDC" error upon trying to SBF. The process never gets to the point of showing a %xx complete.

    Here's what I have tried thus far:
    ~I have tried 5 different computers and different USB ports on each system.
    ~I have tried 3 different versions of RSDlite and 3 versions windows (win xp pro, win 7 32, win 7 64). RSD also bombs with the error: "error sending jump command".
    ~I have re-downloaded the SBF files multiple times. The MD5s match. (I just did this because I knew it would be a suggestion).
    ~I've tried the .340, .596, .602, & .605 ISOs from this thread (all burned with IMGBURN), and I've also used the live USB for each ISO (because I am now out of CDRs).
    ~I have tried THROWING THE PHONE due to rage.
    ~I have rammed my head into a wall.
    ~I am at a loss. And now have a headache.

    Any suggestions how to get around this error?

    PS. I F****** hate Motorola.

    Are you using the actual Imageburn software or the built in "burn image to disk" in Windows 7?

    Have you tried 1KDS linux SBF instead of RSD? It's actually very simple and you can regain route from it, the instructions are on the OP

    Hi, If you notice in my post, I've tried 4 different versions of his ISOs (.340, .596, .602, & .605).

    Thanks
