Also wanted to say that I'm using the .604 rooted and have no problem with mms. I'm using Handcent SMS. If you mean photos I'm getting those.

Yup its just stock messaging that has issues. 3rd party apps work fine. And no worries, just trying to avoid cluttering a thread that isn't really on-topic discussion

OK, I'm new to the rooting game and played with this last weekend. I originally downloaded the iso, and flashed the .sbf to my X and then rooted the phone. Every was great until i goofed and didn't load the gapps and could not figure out why I didnt have any Google apps (figured it out now). So I re-flashed from Ubuntu to get my phone back to stock. Now that I know what I did wrong originally I went to flash this .sbf again it starts the process and only finishes a quarter and then goes the complete screen and my phone reboots back to stock. I am doing something wrong? Do I need to re-flash to .621 using RSD Lite or should I be able to flash it in Ubunto? Thanks for the help.

Which version are you using? Does it stop during the flash (when)?

OK flash to milestone, though I lost all of my contacts and Verizon stuff, about to flash back to 4.5.605 on imac. Wish me Luck!
