    Congrats man! Its an amazing program..... btw do you have one out for the HTC incredible? My boy has that phone and was asking me, told him I didn't have a clue I got an "X" lol

    I don't have one for that, AFAIK Moto is the only OEM to use .sbf files.

    I'm not really sure, I know they have some method but I believe it is much different from what we do.

    Bear with me fellas i'm as big of a noob as any of you have seen. I'm wanting to get more out of my phone but I'm a FF/EMT and I get some of my pages and info through my phone so I need it to be reliable. I read in an earlier post where somebody was worried about not being able to text, rooting and changing roms shouldn't affect texting correct? My phone is a Droid X with OTA updates only.

    I am constantly changing roms have skipped a beat with texts

    I'm making progress. I just finished sbf'ing 2.3.340 the usb way and it was easy enough for even me to follow. 1KDS you are a big help thanks. I'm wanting to root my phone, is there anything i should do for rooting before I set up my accounts and all that other crap? Is the Z4 root what i need to do?
