In order to take any OTA update, whether manually installing or actually OTA, you need to remove bootstrap and be at 100%. Root is ok.

Ok.First step. Remove the app. settings/apps/manage apps/bootstrap/uninstall

After running the commands, reboot

Do a reboot. If it goes to clockwork then you need to do it again. If not then you're good
