Good question! I'd like to know as well. Does the factory reset remove root access?

If you renamed or removed any system apps, you would want to be sure those are back in place - I do believe...

For the record, in answer to my question at least, Root access appears to remain after a factory reset. It doesn't seem to have done any harm, but if you want to get rid of root access, factory reset won't do it.

Factory reset WILL NOT remove root or any apps you pushed to the system. itll only clear the data associated with it.
