    Exclamation Droid 2 Liberty bootloop?

I got my hands on a friends Droid 2 and rooted it with z4root. I consedered doing some things on my DX but wanted to experiment with some roms and whatnot on the D2 before hand. I used boot strap recovery and installed liberty 2.0 and after I rebooted the Liberty load screen with the spinning eagle has kept going over and over and over. am i in a boot loop? what do i do?

How long has it been going? A short bootloop isn't uncommon but you may have to factory reset.

Might have to reactivate by dialing *228. For the other thing open The Droid 2 bootstrapper and hit "Bootstrap Recovery" and then just back out and see if it still goes into recovery every time. Also remember that if it's plugged in it boots into recovery at least for me it does. lol

Everytime I dial *228 a it says I must turn airplane off (which I didn't turn on) so I run airplane mode off then the same thing happens.

The D2 version of the ROM and bootstrap, correct? Looks like the filename should be Liberty2.0.1D2.zip...[DROID2] Liberty ROM - v 2.0 - Droid Forum - Verizon Droid & the Motorola Droid Forum
