Stuck in bootloader 30.04 please help

I just updated my phone the other day to the new version which made me lose root. So I downloaded the Z4 (or whatever its called) to root it again.

Then today while I was bored at work, I was looking into overclocking the phone. I downloaded jrummy. I was reading that the phone would be fine as long as I didn't click on the "apply at boot" button. So i tried med voltage at 1.4ghz. The phone was put into that mode, but was lagging very hard and taking up to 30 sec to go to another screen, so I pulled the battery to reboot it.

Now it is stuck in bootloader 30.04

Please help. I need this phone for work :/

boot into stock recovery: turn phone off then once it's off hold power and home button down once you see the droid and the exclamation press search button
use the volume rocker buttons to go down - wipe data/factory reset and select with camera button
then press back button select reboot now

After putting in the battery, it just says:

    "Bootloader
    30.04

    Battery OK
    OK to Program
    Connect USB
    Data Cable"

Holding down those buttons doesn't do anything...

take out the battery and leave it out for about a minute
put the battery back in and then do the steps I told you and see it if you still get that screen

I have removed the battery. The phone instantly goes onto that bootloader page without me pressing a button. I can't get it to turn off with the holding of any button. I also tried putting in the battery while hold those two buttons, but that didn't get me past the bootloader either

I'm having the same issue when trying to flash, the driver won't recognize while i'm in the bootloader... one thing though, try leaving your battery out for a good 10 min... I read on another forum that someone had to do that to get a full reset... I can't guarantee, but it may be worth a shot...

My computer used to recognize the phone before this problem... now it only says: "one of the USB devices attached to this computer has malfunctioned, and windows does not recognize it"
