Are you supposed to mount system prior to install?

I just downloaded from the link in the OP, then went to Install ROM from SD Card in ROM Manager (be sure you bootstrap recovery first). I checked Wipe Data and Cache (I didn't back up my current ROM because I backed up the one I had before 0.5, and I had only been running 0.5 for about twenty minutes), then OK to boot into recovery to continue installation. Before I even realized it, I was already back to the big green android screen.

I am running the original leaked 2.2 with FlyX, do I need to format anything or should I install this exactly as your instructions indicate?

Once I install RubiX 1.0, will I be able to SBF back to 2.1, or will I be considered on the 2.2 OTA (requiring a 2.2 SBF) ?

It will not be considered 2.2 ota, I can't replace your bootloader/kernel/baseband

You need to wipe data/cache. That is all.

Did it install? New boot animation and vanilla look.. you'll know

I know with rubix focued 0.5 i applied the revolution theme and it worked perfect. Can i assume the same with 1.0?

No. The framework is heavily modified. This was answered on the 1st on 2nd page as well Themes cannot be used on this yet.

This installs over anything.. it wipes your system partition and completely replaces it with mine. Just make sure you wipe data/cache
