Liberty 1.5 Problems/Issues HERE!

I've noticed battery life shorter than GummyJar, but not too big of a difference to make me care. I assume it will get better with time, just like GummyJar did for me.

One thing though, last Friday I drove 3 hours to Indy. On the start of my trip, I had 80% battery life. I also had it plugged into a car dock. When I got to my destination I was at 40%. Saw the lightning bolt on the battery every time I glanced at the phone so I dunno. Been fine since.. maybe it was a bad connection, I almost loaded up my Gummy back, though.

Yesterday not using my phone and it dropped from 80 to 40% in like 2 hrs.. no usage. I uninstalled FB as it was always running but today its still not as good as GJ.. I may try another rom.. or restore back to GJ,...

Battery life did not "seem" as good to me either. Just my perception. I unloaded it for other reasons mostly for the lockscreen or lack of timeout of it.

Running Tranquility 3.7 today!

does that have the lock screen timer like the ota 2.1? i miss that. havent tried any other roms yet as i finally have a solid nandroid to fall back on and am ready to explore!


...my battery is way better now than ever before - i can go 16 hours easy with heavy use and not worry about charging!

Charged all night and the battery was at 100% cleared battery data in recovery I am now at 50% with normal use.

No ROM can they changed it in 2.2

I also thought the battery life was subpar at first, but then I properly recalibrated it. Charged to 100% unplugged, cleared battery stats, let it fully discharge, two days of normal usage and now I'm getting the same juice I had on GummyJAR. It was my own fault for not flashing it on a full charge. Whoops.

How do you recalibrate the battery? Wipe battery in clockwork?

Go to advanced options and click clear battery stats (or something like that)

After doing this what debiandog said let your battery fully discharge and then fully charge it, preferably overnight while it's off.
