rubiX Blurry 1.8: For those who don't like to see straight...

Flashed to 1.8 this morning. Now all my menu text is black along with the black background of the theme, so i can't read the menu options (e.g. when I push the hard key in an app to change some option). Is there a way I can change the text color? I can't seem to find it.

Also... So before when I was running 2.2.1 I could click on anyone's name to pull up their number and many of them auto-populated with their facebook page phone number, but they include a "+1" automatically for some reason in front of the number i.e. +1(555)555-5555. When I used to use that number to call people on the original OS it would auto-drop the +1, but now when I dial them with the contact info, it says the number cannot be completed as dialed. Is there a setting that would auto-ignore the +1?
