HELP!! Droid X .621 needs battery pull for every power on

Ok, so I was having problems with my WIFI, so I decided to take the OTA .621 update, and see if that helped. I took the update, then did a factory reset, and used the Droid X ezsbf & root ISO to root the device. Now every time I power the phone off, and power back on, it gets stuck on the moto M screen. If i do a battery pull and re-insert battery, the phone will boot up fine. However, the next time I power off, and power back on, the same thing happens! I tried SBFing with the CD to .621 again, and doing another factory restore, this time without root, and the same thing happened? What is going on? Should SBFing have put me back in factory state ??
    Thanks for the help!

If you did an sbf, yes that should have pit you to like out of the box new state. What I would try next is, sbf again then do a factory reset on the first reboot after the sbf. Then see if that helps any.
