Droid x screen turns white when i power up, it has lines through it.
I can call the phone and it rings but cant answer it because I cant see anything or nothing response when i
push in areas where there should be an answer button on the screen.

I can call the phone and it rings but cant answer it because I cant see anything or nothing response when i

Have you recently dropped the phone or gotten it wet?

No I didnt
I took it apart when I found the problem and didnt find any visible damage as far as ribbon cables connectors, plugs etc.
and screen is in very good shape
Are you on stock, rooted or Rom'd? If you are rooted can you see the screen long enough to take a screen shot? If so do the lines appear in the picture?
