use the file manager app called "Files" on the phone to navigate to where you put the files on your phone, tap them, and an option to install them should come up.

Ok did that, opened the app, tried connected to my router, says connected, but one thing i noticed is that it says connected to ...... then the ip address it says its connected to is different from my computers ip address, i feel like thats a prob?

no, no device should ever have the same ip address. this would cause you to not have internet.
test it out, see if you can open the market or the browser and get internet.

Hi mac last week my phone was doing the same thing as his is. It was showing connected sometimes but really not then it would go into trying to obtain ip address and back and forth. I was messing with my supercharger and watching tv at the same time and must of done something wrong and my screen went black. I was able to recover but my wifi was gone. I did everything your telling him to do but no luck. So i decided to sbf to 340 and got my wifi back. Don't know if this will fix his issue but it worked for me.

Yea its upsetting and frustrating to know that it would 1000% fine before, now nothing,.
