MArket Error. Rooted with Apex 1.4.0

Well.. I only got one response in the "help" thread so maybe y'all can help:

For the past two days I cant get into the Market. IT says a network error had ocurred. Rebooted, took battery out.... nothing. I am rooted and themed with Apex 1.4.0 would like to update to 1.4.1, but for some reason I cannot find Titanium Backup either. Hence the reason I need my market! Any suggestions???

re-flash Apex then I guess. There are thousands of people running it. It is not an Apex issue.

Oh and you can flash 1.4.1 over 1.4

Dd... I was going to bu my apps again with titanium backup first but its not in my drawer. So I was going to open it thru the market. Guess ill just try to re flash and see what happens. My coworker is having the same issue. Thanks for the help

OOOKK.... so. I ended up having to format my data/cache and reload apex. Now I can get into the market. I downloade TiBU again... and I still cant get into it!! Even thru the market..... I will now do what 1KDS says to do thru the dev. site.. Why in the world is this happening???

Why can't you get into the app? What does it do when you try?

the icon is nowhere on my phone. when i go to the market, go to tibu to hit the "open" button, it is greyed out..... I have the paid version of TiBu
