So after update.zip finished and it rebooted, it got stuck on the Motorola logo for a few minutes. I pulled the battery and powered on and it's still stuck on the logo.

No errors when running the update.zip?

In the triangle screen, when I hit the search button it says at the bottom, "E: can't open /cache/recovery/command" Is this normal or should I just not update at this time and wait for the OTA?

Right. No errors when running update.zip. I'm now running RSD Lite and trying to SBF and it's not finding device. Stuck on Motorola logo. Hmm this isn't good. Also, I've noticed in some directions it says to move the SU file and in others to copy. I followed the ones to move Run "mv /system/bin/su /system/xbin/su" so maybe that messed it up?

Shut off the phone, start rsd, boot the phone into the bootloader then plug the usb in, also remember if you are using windows vista or 7 to start rsd in administrator mode..unused file explorer to move my SU file

Nope, my phone is stock save for apps I've gotten from the market and using LauncherPro Plus instead of the stock loader. Hmm, any thoughts?

When I boot the phone I can't even get into bootloader by holding down the home button. It's just stuck on the Motorola logo.
