    Flash playing after browser closes

Is anyone else having this problem or am I just going crazy? I've been using the new flash update to watch videos on youtube but when I exit the browser I can still hear the audio for the video play till the end. The only way for me to stop it is to outright turn off my phone or wait for the video to end.

First, did you download the updated flash player from the market?

Second, try clicking menu while viewing the page (not sure if this works while watching fullscreen) and press windows. Next to the window that is playing the flash video, click the minus sign. This will close the window and you shouldn't continue to hear the sound. Will save on battery life (a little).

It COULD be an xscope issue, but the basic idea is the same. Haven't used xscope in quite a while, but if it's got tabs/windows, I think most of the third party browsers do, then I would assume you could close that tab or window before exiting and that should theoretically end the video.

I know that dolphin let's you easily close the entire session. Does xscope do that? If I remember right, on dolphin, you hold the back button for a few seconds.

on xscope there is a button on the menu to completely exit the browser which is what I've been using. Very strange bug, not sure what is going on.

Just for kicks, next time you're watching a video, close the window before exiting and see if that works.

If nothing else, you can always email the xscope dev and see if they have any advice.
