How do I clear my "system cache?"

I've read a bunch of posts about updating to Froyo 2.3, and some posters have said that when they had problems with the update, they went back and cleared their "system cache" and that solved the problem(s). So, I thought I'd clear my system cache before doing the update, just to be safe.

Can anyone tell me how to clear my system cache? I've searched, but can't seem to find anything definitive.

    Thanks, all!

This may not help, but you can clear your browser cache by:
    Menu/More/Settings/Cache with the browser open.

Once in bootstrapper you should see a "wipe cache/data". Simply select this and you are there. Warn you though, make sure you have ALL your apps backed up as this will wipe them! Along with everything else.

My phone ended up installing 2.2 on its own, so my question became moot. Phone seems to be working great! Thanks anyway, NCDUB!
