Backup your data, apps and settings using MyBackupPro or Titanium if you have root. Then factory reset and see if it fixes the issue.
It started draining battery after installed a Live wallpaper that was draining it pretty quick then I uninstalled it and thats when it was still draining it. Should I still try factory reset for that?

I've had my DX for about a month now and I think I have the battery management issue pretty much under control. I golfed 36 holes on Saturday and used the golf gps the entire time (about 9 hours) and still had 50% left when I went to dinner that night. The battery has definitely gotten better over time (after multiple full discharges and re-charges).

Also, I've stopped using ATK and rely on JuiceDefender as my primary means of managing the battery. With JuiiceDefender I can go to bed with my phone at 100% and wake up to find it at 90%.

Thanks...I'll try that APP. Should I uninstall the ATK one when I install JuiceDefender? So is there any need in doing a Factory reset at all?

I still have ATK on my phone but I don't use it to kill apps any longer. To be honest I've tried so many things I'm not certain which made the biggest difference but I'm pretty sure having my screen brightness turned down played a big part. I also stopped using the living wallpapers.
I use an app called Brightness Profiles that allows the user to set up multiple brightness settings and manage it with a single tap from the home screen. If you are in bright sunlight you can easily power up the screen to full and go back down just as easily.

How does JuiceDefender work? I have it installed. Like how do you kill things like the other app?
