How to switch Diag mode?

    How to switch Diag mode?

    With Droid, we can press the key T while booting to enable the diag mode.

    But for Droid X, we don't have keyboard.
    I saw someone can connect the phone with qpst/qxdm/cdma-workshop.
    But how?
