Download an app called Titanium Backup. This will let you freeze apps (pro version) or uninstall them completely. Be careful what you delete and freezing is recommended.
Secondly now that it is rooted you can flash.a custom ROM on it. There are plenty to choose from. If you flash a ROM it should get rid of your reboot issues. If not there may be other trouble shooting methods available.

I dont wanna pay for the pro version. I dont have money to waste like that.
So would it be safe to delete: Amazon Kindle, Amazon MP3, Blockbuster, City ID, VZ Navigator and possibly Verizon Apps since I use the Android Market.
How do I flash a ROM and where do i find one?
Chill. People are more likely to help if you don't sound like a jerk. That said, we need a little more info before we can offer up detailed recommendations. Do you know what android version you are on?
Some basics: The first thing I would do is make a backup of your current system in CWM recovery. Do you have the droid2 bootstrapper app installed? I don't recommend that you bother deleting any bloatware or messing with your current setup. You have come this far down the rabbit hole, so you might as well install a rom. This should fix your reboot issues and probably make your phone seem plenty fast. If you still feel the need to speed it up there are several ways depending on which rom you end up on.

What's CWM recovery? and no I do not have the Droid X bootstrapper app, I dont have money to waste on apps.. =/
and whats the best ROM and how do I install it?
CWM recovery is a non stock recovery that lets you flash roms and other zips as well as make backups. You need to get the D2 bootstrap app to do this.

can i just download the apk without buying it? and also why do I need the Droid 2 one? in the app description it says to only use the D2 Bootstrap with the Droid 2
Downloading the apk without buying it is a form of stealing and not tolerated here. But you need D2 to hijack the boot process. You need to install it first so CWM can do its thing. Its only 2 dollars.

Stock rom comes with bloat for free, you gotta spend a little to get rid of it and to make your phone custom, its worth it
