    I have a XP machine, a Vista machine, and a couple of Windows 7 machines. I can use RSD on XP and W7, but I never could make it work on the Vista machine.

    Nope, if it extracted then fine but I guess it's a vista thing

    I got it, I just opened the application before it disappeared (when the error appears, if i click "ok" it gets rid of all the files it installed so i didnt click it and left it open and went to the folder and opened the application) so i flashed my phone back and so far no problems. Thank you all for your help =) now i know how to root and if i want to try another ROM, i know how to so thank you all.
