You need to download Titanium Backup and use it to freeze them.

He knows that. Asking what is safe to remove. I don't have an x and I dunno what it comes loaded with. I'd assume all the apps you never use can be frozen/deleted. Stay away from system files unless you know what you are doing.

Blockbuster, CityID, Need for Speed, apps like that can be deleted safely without any side effects. I would go the freeze route, that way if you accidentally freeze something you're not suppose to and get a bunch of force closes, you can just unfreeze. If you delete something you shouldn't, you have to SBF and lose everything.
As far as apps, Titanium works, as mentioned. I haven't used AntTek in a while but that was a good option as well. You could also go into the /system/app folder with any root file browser and delete them that way.
