Hi, when I try to text my best friend or call her, she doesn't get the call or text. I'm not sure if it is her phone or mine but it just happens to me and her dads. She is on Verizon and I'm on MetroPCS. What can I do to fix this... she asked Verizon and they can't even help.

So her dad's phone can't call her either? Does it ring on your end when you call her or straight to voicemail? I suspect it is something on her end, but not sure. Has she called her provider?

It is mostly a texting problem, and yes it rings on my side.

Might be her phone then... have you tried wiping the cache on your phone just to see if it helps?
