Your steps for flashing the ROM look to be in order. I'm wondering about the ROMs you are trying to flash. Blur based ROMs had to be patched to work with 621. Can you post the links to where you got these ROMs?

Here's where you need to download them. If you're on Milestone 604 you also need to flash the 621 kernel back to the phone. It's in the first post. Link at the bottom of the first post takes you to the ROMs.
