Need to get back to 100% stock, best way?

Hey guys. I had an old DX laying around. It had the 6.21 update. I used the 1KDS method and flashed the Milestone X system on it. I then went ahead and flashed the Vortex reloaded system on it. It looks like that brought it back to .605. This was my moms phone. She wants to bring it back now all of a sudden. What can I do to make it stock again? I ask because I thought you couldn't once you went on .621 but this went back to .605 when I flashed the rom. Can I flash back to stock? Any help would be appreciated. Here's a couple of things from the about phone section.

Android version 2.3.3
System Version 4.5.605.MB810.Verizon.en.US
Baseband Version BP_C01.09.15P

If you're going back to stock I would go ahead and sbf back to 621

You'll have to use rsd lite if you wanna go to 621 though.

And when you flashed vortext it overwrote the build.prop (which has the 605 in it) that's why it says you're on 605

Thanks. I'm gonna give it a whirl now. Grabbed the 621 sbf file and rsd 5.6.4. That sound right? Haven't used rsd in years.
