My google bookmark does not work in my brower as its url is wrong. It is locked.

my droid x bookmarks cannot be deleted.
this google messup makes it impossible to use google, which i use all the time.
even when i type in www.google.com , the browser reverts to the favorite listed url, which has a screwed up chain of redirects pasted on the end of it. since it is locked, i don't know what to do? it looks like this has been a problem for others that hasn't been solved. why would they make android software so you cannot delete bookmarks. why is it replicating bogus stuff from history into the locked url favorites.

do i need to switch to an iphone.
