Droid x bricked need help

Help! The other day i flashed cm7 onto my friends droid x. It was working fine for a few days then out of nowhere everything started to force close and it wouldn't even attempt to boot. So I got it into the bootloader and figured i would just sbf it like I have many times before. I used all the same tools and sbf file that I have used before, except this time it failed. Everytime I attempted it, it would fail. This was using .602. So i figured I would try to sbf to .621 to see if that would work. Nothing. Bootloader said OK to program. So I downloaded .605 and attempted to sbf that, didnt work bootloader now says MEM_MAP Blank Service Req'd. I tried using the linux methods and nothing will work. When I try to boot it, it just stays at the red M. Also, when every i put the battery in it, the back and search buttons light up, but nothing else. This is before i attempt to boot it or access the bootloader. Any Help?

What version was the dx on before this happened and are you using a stock Motorola USB cable? I have had similar issues and the cable was to blame.

Check what CnB said and also make sure you are using a USB 2.0 port plugged directly to the PC (not a hub)

Also since you had attempted to flash .621 it sounds like part of the SBF took - that is why you are getting the MEM_MAP error after trying another SBF after. 621 is unrevertable. From here forward you will need to only use .621 or .604. If you have never done this before, please read up on my the link in my sig, Important Info for 621 Update
