Droid X Stuck on Motorola screen

Okay so im trying to fix my moms phone.Heres the inf of what i tried. I tried holding power and home for factory reset. No deal stayed on M screen, tried about 10 times holding for 1+minute each time. she said it stopped working after powering down and switching batteries(has two). Can get to bootloader, its 30.04 says k to program, nothing works. cant go to verizon because this phone has passed its warranty.

tl:dr; Phone WONT make it to factory reset, stuck on Motorala load, 30.04.

Step 1. Make sure your device is fully powered down/off Step 2. Press and hold the Volume Down, as well as the Home Button on your device Step 3. While keeping those 2 buttons pressed down, also press on the Power button Step 4. Once you see your screen flicker/flash (note: You might have to press a key on your device to see that you are actually booted into the Stock Recovery). Step 5. Once completed you should see a triangle, hit both volume buttons and then select factory reset

that brings me to bootloader where im stuck again :/

Have you tried an SBF? If that doesn't work and keeps booting to the bootloader, something hardware wise might be the culprit.
