    APN Data Connection Issues

So after almost 2 yrs I decided to finally root this monster and i think i messed something up, other than forgetting to export all 100+ passwords and user names before SBFing. I keep getting "MMS messages can not be sent or recieved until the data connection is restored. Please check you MMS APN configuration in mobile network settings." I have know idea how to go about correcting this.

I used the Live Disk MX.604 SBF from 1KDStaz and Ky's Modded 1.0 zip([ROMS] Droid X 4.5.621 Stock Rooted / Stock Deodexed / Modded ClockworkMod Flashable Updates by kY - Droid X Development - RootzWiki)

    Please help!

Try *228 option 1 first. Let's rule out the simple stuff.

Glad you found that. That was going to be my next suggestion.

Ok so I got the issue resolved for a few days but this morning it's not working again. Is there a different more permanent approach to this?

Sorry to bring a dead one back but...

If you haven't found a "simple" solution for this yet, here it is: download Verizon Messages. Yes, I know... more verizon branded garbage. However, I just took the plunge and rooted my DX (insert funny comments here) and had this same problem. I tried the rootzwiki thing and it worked for all of a day. Tried doing it again and it would NOT work. So I downloaded the Verizon Messages app and I have no problems with MMS. I'm running the Milestone 4.5.604 with the 2.6.32.9-geadffa3 kernel.
