Comcast email not syncing

Hello to all. This forum is great, I have been able find my way with the Droid X by using this, however, I'm having an issue with my comcast email.I did a quick search and nothing came up relevant. It is set as my primary email and I don't know if this possible but can it be sycned to when I check it on the phone it will show it has been checked if I get to my pc? I get many emails daily and will have to bounce back and forth reading and deleting them.
