Android Logo and Exclamation mark on boot

Running Droid x on, I BELIEVE 2.3.3... Anyways Idk why but my buttons weren't working so I did a battery pull and now anytime I try to boot up my phone it instantly goes to this: http://www.hardreset.eu/images/motor...ard_reset6.jpg Except instead of a phone picture it's the little android man. I tried flashing and that didn't work. :/ I need my phone for work tomorrow. Someone please help!

that's just recovery... on gingerbread(2.3) press both volume buttons... to enter recovery.. .and when it pops up... either hit reboot system... which is the first option... selct the option with power... or try a quick cache wipe... wipe cache partittion... you won't loose any info.. it just helps clean things up... then reboot

so pressing both volume buttons at the same time did nothing?..and there was no problems with them before.

edit. Ok just read the OP...did your phone get wet by chance?

I guess any thing is possible but I highly doubt it! Also the little thing in the back is white so it's not been wet, at least not back there.

Yeah thats how Ik my buttons work some-what because by holding down volume + camera + power I get into boot loader.
