    Droid X .621 Bricked, Help!!

Hello everyone, this is my first time here on DroidXForums and I am needing some help with my Droid X. I had the .621 OTA update on my phone and I tryed to put the Cyagenmod 7 on it by downgrading my phone to version .605....The problem I have now it is bricked, I did not know this but reverting to an earlier version of android causes it to brick because the bootloader is a different version. So whenever I boot my phone it says the following, "BootLoader/ 30.01 / Err:A5,70,70,00,1F /MEM_MAP Blank / Service Req'd /Battery OK/ OK to Program/ Transfer Mode: /USB". I have seen a lot of different methods to unbrick it and bring it to version .621. What im asking is could anybody point me into the right direction and all I want now is just to get my phone working again, even if It means just going back to stock .621, I need my phone back! I have my phone on Verizon also. Also, I read somewhere that if I updated to .621 using RSDLite 5.4.4 it changes something in cellular radio band?? What does that mean for my phone?

    Thanks!

You just need to re-SBF it. You need to use the 1KDS ISO for the MX .604 as it won't flash the baseband if you want to root. That's recommended. Follow the link in my sig, Important Info for .621 Update, it will all be explained there. Also check in there for where it explains what ROMs you can use, Cyanogenmod is 2nd-init and can be flashed fine on a .621 system.

Hey, I got my phone to work again, I used the .621 SBF with RSD Lite 5.4.4 and now my phone gets service. I can make calls and send and receive text messages. But I still have one issue, for some reason my 3G connection will not work, actually I cant even access the internet at all. Does this have anything to do with the radio on the phone??

Sorry for the late reply. The .621 via RSD should not affect your radio, as its a VZW radio. Did you try flash any other SBFs via RSD Lite? In particular, the .604 Milestone X SBF? Or any other SBFs prior to the .621 flash, including any from another carrier or for the Milestone X? That is a common symptom of having flashed the wrong SBF, even if its corrected with the right one afterwards

I flashed it with .621 using RSD Lite but it turns out that my phone did not fully activate so I had to call Verizon and they guided me to reactivate it using *228 and it worked. So not sure what happened there but now my phone works completely and so does my data. Well thanks so much for helping me. I'm glad I got my phone back.
