    cant get yahoo emails

    i had to change the password on my yahoo mail account and i tried to log in on my phone and it wouldnt accept my log-in...

    i tried to delete my yahoo account and then 're-install' it (for lack of a better term) and it keeps telling me: login to the account failed, please try again...

    this is really going to cause me issues if i cant get my emails on my phone...

    HELP! please....

    Are you sure you're entering the correct login info? Try going online and resetting your login with a new password. Then try adding the yahoo account to the phone again.

    if this doesnt work try clearing the cache and data for your yahoo mail

    ive cleared the cache, the history and cookies on the phone, and tried about 20 times to 'log-in' and using the proper email and password and i get nothing...

    i can go through the browser and go to mail.yahoo and get in but not using the email app...

    just got my replacement phone and It fails to log in to. You only get so many attemps to connect befor it will lock you out for 12hrs. the last time I changed my pass word I figured I change the pass word in the phone later. Well because I had it set to automaticly check for emails it could not connect and it locked me out. try a gain tommorow. But I have tried to set this new phone up and it sezs log in failled

    Have you gone into settings>applications>manage applications>all tab< scroll to yahoo,. click it and then clear data there

    Read somewhere if u manually add an email acct and configure it yo yahoo it shud work I saved link at home ill try tonight and let u know this is very annoying
