Help me stop browser from opening when plug phone into PC

When I first got the X and plugged it into the computer my browser (on the PC) would open and go to a page with an ad about Verizon's Backup Assistant Plus with an annoying video that plays too. I came here and found a topic through search on how to disable that which did fix it back then. Well today I get on the PC and it says there's an update for Motorola Helper, so I updated the software. Now it's doing all over again...ugh! I knew I shouldn't have updated, lol!

So how can I stop my browser from opening up with Verizon's ad every time I plug my phone into my PC (Windows 7 Home Premium)? I sure hope someone knows..thanks!

btw, I did go to Default Programs/Autoplay Settings page and there are 2 Droid X's listed both are set to "Take No Action".

Either click or right-click on the moto-helper icon in the system tray, that's where you disable the browser opening.

Thank you HarleyDude! I didn't notice there was even a moto-helper icon there because it's in the popup part of my system tray. Thanks again!
