    Trouble with barnacle

    I am having a little bit of trouble with barnacle I have no trouble connecting my pc but when I tried to connect my tablet it does not show up as a wifi hotspot I have a droid x running miui

    Your tablet most likely doesn't support ad-hoc networks. Try Wireless Tether for Root Users or depending on the tablet, you may have to change the kernel on it.

    I have used my DROIDX as a wifi hotspot in the past with hot spot app but since I rooted and have barnacle its not working now did not know if I had to make a setting adjustments

    Then try open garden or wifi tether for root users. Its because barnacle is ad-hoc.
