    Lookout Mobile Security issue

So I've had Lookout on my Dx pretty much since I got the Droid last April. Haven't had any trouble and receive an email from them, I think it's weekly. So I got the email to my gmail account today saying everything's ok. It said the last back up was 1/14/12 so I initiated a backup today to stay current (again, on my Dx Lookout says "everything is OK"). So I log into my account online to see this:

Droid X (203) xxx-xxxx (my correct # is here but I removed it in this thread)
    Droid X
    (Disabled)
    Add New Device

Meanwhile, on my Dx it says "Data backed up to myLookout.com 33 minutes ago." Anybody know what's going on here? Droid is ok but at mylookout.com the Dx appears to not be set up. Wassup here?

edit (1/21 @ 8:15 pm) - I reinstalled it again on the Dx & it told me "all precious data will be saved." However online it still shows the Dx as disabled as it did previously but also still shows this:

    Everything is OK!

    Security
    Protected
Your last security scan was 1 day ago.
    Security Activity

    Backup
    Up to Date
Your last backup was about 3 hours ago.

Anyone know of issues like this occurring in the past (or recently) with Lookout? Thanks

I've had Lookout since I got my phone in September 2010. I don't use the backup or the antivirus. I only use it for the GPS phone locator and scream. To date, I've never had to use it. The newest update that just came out a few days ago screwed up the whole thing. And I really didn't like the new name change. The new name us Antivirus Free. With all the issues and name change, I deleted it.

There's another app made by Lookout called Plan B. You can install it remotely from the market on a PC and still find your phone with that.

It makes no sense to me. Why the heck would the Dx say everything's ok and online state what I listed above. Yet mylookout.com claims this - - Droid X
    (Disabled)

And to think I once felt $35 or $39 a year (or whatever the hell it was) seemed like a pretty good deal for their "premium" service. I guess it all falls back to "you get what you pay for" and we can only expect so much from lookout's free version. And, they don't seem to have any customer support or phone number to talk to a human being. At there site all I could do was send an email and wait for a reply...

no thanks, after this bs I won't rely on lookout anymore. I'm staying with SeekDroid that I've had installed for like 8 months. Lookout was on the phone, or was one of the 1st apps I installed that's why it's onmy phone and I like that it always scans apps during installation (so does AVG that I have). IF I ever lose the Dx I'll rely on SeekDroid, I'm not counting on Lookout anymore - you're right this whole thing started after their recent update. Great job guys, your update ruined what was a good app.

    Thanks for your thoughts
