I've had my dX for a few weeks with no issues, but all the sudden when plugging in to the same charger I've used over and over, it keeps saying disconnected over and over. I even tried another charger and it repeated. Then, unplugging it completely still kept the "disconnected" message on the screen until a battery pull. Any ideas?

The Issue: When plugging in the Droid X, occasionally it will cycle between displaying the pop-up with the green leaf stating:
When this occurs: I noticed this consistently happens when the battery is down to 15% or less when I plug it in. I'm also heavily using the phone to either download updates or using the GPS when in the car.
The Popups that won't go away on their own: The pop-ups will queue up on you if you leave the phone plugged in like this. It won't charge either.
Temporary Fix: The only temporary fix is to pull the battery, then plug in the phone without turning it on. Let the battery charge up to above 30% -- of course my battery will charge back up to 70% is less than an hour!
Fast Power Ups: One key to my fast power-up was using the USB charged of my Cyber Power travel surge strip. (I had no choice as it's the only way I can charge my phone.)
