droid x stuck on m recovery mode will not come up!!!!!

my friend gave me his droid x when he woke up and it was stuck at the m screen i got it working once using rsd lite but the buttons started messing up and when i would try to restart it it would get stuck in bootloop most of the time. so i attempted to sbf it again which resulted in a mem map blank error.... so once again i used 2.3.340 sbf and it boots to the white m screen and wont do anything else i try and hold home and power ive tried holding every possible combonation and it stays at the m screen but sometimes when i hold the home and power together there will be a small vibrate..... as of now im stuck using my blackberry storm so please someone help me asap!!!!!!!!


also sense i didnt buy the phone verizon wont replace it and is trying to make me send it to moto id much rather fix it myself thanks.... please please help

Sounds like a bad phone to me, send it to Motorola maybe it's still under warranty

Have you tried holding the volume button down while holding the power button the triangle?

yeah ive tried that and i just tried to sbf it again and still nothing idk what else i can do really without being able to access anything else

Did rsdlite told you to manually reboot the phone?

yes it did actually.. the phone was actually already on and on the m screen when it still said rebooting and then it said to manually do it

Dang, I know that after rsdlite you have to do a hard factory reset because rsdlite does not reset your phone. I'm sorry that I couldn't help out. Good luck tho.

you might have to Power + home to get into recovery then wipe data... i always do that after sbfing...
