I saw a video on YouTube where a guy had his all blue, with a pretty awesome theme.
He was on Liberty 1.5, so I am assuming you can do the same on 2.0.
Is this through the Liberty Toolbox app? Will I need the 5$ version if so?

I have the Liberty 2.0 toolbox and it is the free version. If you go into ROM manager, then download roms you will see a bunch of themes you can download. If you knew the name of the theme it would make it much faster
Is this just like you hit install theme and it does it on its own?
Or do you need to go through Clockwork and stuff?

if you download the theme, then you can either hit install when it prompts you, or you can go into clockwork. Thats how I do it. If you reboot into recovery then go Liberty > Themes > then pick your theme
Sounds good.
There was only one theme available when I did it though, I think it was Oreo something.
