Motorola Service Account?

    Motorola Service Account?

    So I just unrooted my phone with the 2.3.34 SBF File and everything seemed to go OK ... but now whenever I go to SETTINGS>ABOUT PHONE>SYSTEM UPDATES ... I get the "System update" is not available without a Motorola Service Account. Would you like to setup an account now?" Clicking SETUP brings me to the Accounts screen, but I see no way of setting up any Motorola Accounts on this screen??

    Any Ideas?

    If you used the 2.3.340 SBF, you are current and there are no updates, so all's good.

    Yup ... did *228 option 1 ... everything seems to be OK except for this error. Should I run the sbf again?

    I know this is a old thread but I didn't want to create another one. I also have this issue. I see what mikeinrichmond said but in my situation please advise what I should do.
