It will be good as new, I got one in December and it is rock solid, more stable than my release day unit

Pretty much, but they "certify" it, so its still a good phone

Generally speaking, you can only get a brand new unit if yours is less than 30 days old.

Probably not, they usually have the refurbs in stock in such cases.
