So you can boot up your phone and it is working properly? Were you on the stock Rom when you deodexed? Finally, did you make a backup in clockwork?
Thanx Mike. My phone works perfectly. Still have my all my pix & a black status bar, but, everything else is gone. Yes, I was on the stock rom. If it helps, I was rooted & had titanium & all that stuff.
Do you have Droid X Bootstrap? And did you make a nandroid backup?
If so, you can re-root, install dx bootstrap and restore your most recent backup.
If not, you can still use titanium backup to restore your apps and data. You will still have to set up your screens like you had it before.

Ok, good. It just sounds like you were not informed as to what would happen when you deodexed. It's just like installing a Rom, in that it takes your system and rewrites the pertinent parts to make it more efficient, but it does erase the setting, mods etc., that you performed beforehand. Now, if you plan on staying stock, you'll need to setup your mods again (and also anytime you flash a Rom)..If however, you were thinking about trying one of the custom Rom's, now would be a good time since you are going to have to setup again anyways...
If you made a backup in Clockwork before deodexing, you could just flash that instead..
FC, YES, I indeed had bootstrap. I wanna say I did have everything backed up. I was always super-careful w/ evrything I did w/ my X to avoid accidents like these, but....lol
I had it all backed up, but, I cant reopen any of it & I even had a nandroid backup, but, when I go to "files" & open it, it wont open. Same with all the rest of my files.
If all else fails sbf and you'll be fine.

How to get black status bar easily?
I followed this as best as I could, but, I think I ****ed up when I checked the "clear data & cache" box. FYI, I still had my black status bar after my droid imploded, but, I still dont have the white clock, which is what I still want to do.
