If both your PC and X have the free app 'Dropbox' you can sync it wirelessly.. Otherwise just connect the phone to your computer and download it to your sd card. Then use Openoffice to view it..

Where my time is spent away from the office!

If the file is small enough, email it to yourself.

I also like dropbox. I've had it for a long time, but just recently started using the heck out of it.

I usually email myself that kind of stuff. Only time its an issue is if its a really large file.

    Drop box also works.

Or wifi, or bluetooth. Made the mistake early on with transferring a video via bluetooth to the mac. Grass grows faster in a draught than transferring via bt. I was more proud actually I was able to make the two talk to each other though.

If you want to be able to edit the spreadsheet you will need something like Documents To Go. You can then view and edit Excel, Word, Powerpoint files...and view PDF. If you don't need to edit you can use the free Openoffice app.

I have been using Google Documents more and more lately, a little of a learning curve but it is very handy at times.
