    Droid 2 Global Help PLEASE!!

    Ok so my friend just got the droid 2 global...he was able to root with z4 just fine. Can he install the liberty rom on his phone without any problems? his android version is 2.2 and system is 2.4.330.A956...he just got the phone yesterday and it says its up to date. If he can, he can just use the D2 zip correct? I know this isn't a droid 2 global site but you guys are really knowledgeable and trustworthy. If he cant flash liberty can i have links to custom roms he can flash..Thanks in advance!

    Need Help Please Moto Android Global A956

    when i turn the power on it stuck with this error msg

    Bootloader
    D0.11
    Err: A5,70,70,00,00

    MEM_MAP Blank
    Service Req'd
    Battery OK
    OK to program
    Transfer Mode
    USB

    i use the RS Lite 4.8 and ever 5.7., and this is the error msg that i encontered..
    "ERROR: Interface BP: Error jumping to RAM Downloader"

    anybody who can help me please.,

    The sister forum should help more... although off the top of my head I believe the D2 had a unrevertable 621 update as well, that is probably the cause of your grief (or some of it at least)
