Backup/Restore Text Messages to SD Card ?

Getting a warranty phone, are my text messages on the SD Card somewhere ? Been looking but can't find them. I haven't been able to find any way to back them up or export them.

For this situation, you could get a 30-day trial of MyBackup, backup SMS to sd card, and then copy file to your PC or replace the new SD card with the old one, etc, etc...

Then once it's on the card of the new phone, just re-download Mybackup and restore SMS

No problem...also, the backup will be in a folder called rerware, and it should be called lastbackup.zip, unless you name it something else when you create it.

For future reference, there is a free app in the market called SMS backup and restore and it does just that, I use it every time I flash a new ROM.
