    how to select a shorter backlight duration

    apparently making a back-light duration less it conserves battery. How do I alter that?

    Settings> Sounds& Display > Scroll way down for Brightness

    But be aware if you set it really low, the phone wont automatically bring it back up when you get in the sun.
