    Exclamation 1-Click root and unroot app for Droid X!

    [COMING SOON]

    Currently, I am working on creating a super basic app that will root and unroot the DX like Universal Androot does. I am getting tired of waiting for them to update it, and I am sure others are too. Also, when we get users who type in something wrong and fubar their phone, it makes it extremely frustrating...

    So, to solve the problem, I am making a Droid X exclusive app that will allow anyone to root AND unroot their phones. It's my first app, and I am sacrificing my phone to test it, so it may take a few weeks (am praying that it is sooner!) to create it and finalize it. Current plans will be free with a donate version. Subscribe here, and when I get it done, you can bet your tukus that I will announce it!

    UPDATE!

    Sorry guys... It doesn't look like it's going to happen for now...

    I bricked my phone when an error occured when pulling the commands and issuing them... I am going to review the tutorials and instructions to try and figure out where I went wrong with the app developement... I'll keep you posted once I figure out what went wrong and can fix it to create an actual working app. Sorry guys... And thanks for the support!

    There is a one click root for the dX available online from the maker of the d1. It has been discussed on here before. I'm sure a market app would be even better for android noobs though

    That, and the fact that the app is not compatible with 2.2... This one will be. I am working with another App Inventor now to get the app functional. He's been using the program since day one, and I hope to learn a lot from him during this process.
