Ok, I havent messed with this stuff for quite a while. I am rooted froyo. I have the updater frozen in titanium. I am soon to be done with this phone and I am just going to return it to stock for now. If I defrost the updater, will that just update to Gingerbead and I will be good, or do I have to SBF? Im not at all worried about losing root.

If you are going to sell it, it's usually best to return it to stock with an SBF

Ah. Well then, unless you've done something that would block the update (like deleting bloat or installing bootstrap) it should update just fine on its own.

If you want to update, you'll have to. You will also have to remove all traces of it I believe.

Or, the other option is to just SBF to 602

ok. Wish me luck. How do do get into bootloader?

Power off phone. Press and hold camera button and volume down button then hold down power button. Continue holding down all 3 buttons till the screen flashes then release camera and volume button followed by power button
